The Hoodeners Horse is situated in the beautiful village of Great Chart. It is a warm and cosy gem of a traditional English pub that boasts delicious food in a traditional setting; we don’t have big tellies or loud music, preferring a comfy bar and plenty of seating, so that you can enjoy the food and your company to the fullest. We like to serve real ale, wine and cider to go with our real food – click here to see a selection of the real ales and real ciders that we have on offer at the moment.
Tastiest Mexican Food in Ashford and in Kent in our traditional English pub
We produce some of the tastiest Mexican food in Ashford and in Kent, but at the same time we are a traditional English pub, serving all your British favourites like rib eye steak and chips and our famous fresh fish and chips. Because we use local ingredients, wherever we can, you get the freshest of tastes married with our passion for creating both Mexican and British standards to anything but the usual standard.
When we serve our sizzling fajitas, it’s like a little bit of theatre; first you have the smell wafting across the dining room, next you hear the sound of the sizzling hot plate as your waitress brings your food and then you can see the little cloud of steam and smokiness that accompanies your piping hot dishes and dips all the way to your table. We serve our sizzling dishes over a bed of peppers and onions with everything you need to create the perfect fajita that is so tasty you will just have to pick up and eat it with your fingers.
Booking is easy and advisable, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when we can get very popular.
You can book online with Opentable or phone on 01233 625583
